“I stopped drinking for 5 months before I joined this challenge, and it was exactly the right time and exactly what I needed to get my newfound sugar monster under control! Sarah shares so much knowledge and information - she has a contagious energy that reminds me to strive to be the best I can be! Thank you Sarah!"

- Kim, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“I learnt so much on this program. I’m turning 70 this year and was fed up feeling tired, weary and had fog brain. Giving up sugar so made sense with Sarah’s education and guidance. In one short month I have my energy back, fog brain has gone, I’ve lost over 4 kg and 4 cm from my waist. So glad I found your programs Sarah. Thank you”

- Jan, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“This challenge has been truly life changing for me. I went alcohol free last July and quite honestly, it did not have as much impact as I was hoping for - I still wasn't feeling that great, I hadn't dropped any weight. I blamed it all on perimenopause and had been fairly discouraged. This past month by cutting out most sugar and processed foods, I have started losing weight and seeing so many mental and physical changes. I can't even explain the difference in my life - I have been able to start dreaming about all the things I can still accomplish and taking action. This has been such an unexpected benefit and blessing - thank you for this program and all of the excellent content.”

-Heather, Sydney, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“In her casual but totally enthusiastic way, and supported by experts from all over, Sarah helped me to make a dramatic shift in thinking and eating. I’m calmer, my tummy is flatter, and I no longer need to snack! Oh, and I'm 2kg lighter without being hungry. And… I no longer feel the terrible 3 pm urge to nap!”

- Jennie, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“This challenge has completely exceeded my expectation! What I have learnt has absolutely blown my mind and will stay with me forever. I've completely changed my whole mindset around food for the better. I had been struggling for months now to try and shift belly fat and can now say my stomach is the flattest its been in years! I would 100% recommend this challenge to anyone wanting to learn about nutrition and improving their health. The information you get is absolutely amazing. Thank you Sarah”
