1:1 Coaching is my personalised package of Zoom sessions, calls and recourses, to support you on this life-changing journey – no matter your starting point. We’ll take a dive into the areas YOU want to cover, where you know you need the most help.
4, 8 or 12 Session Packages
Zoom sessions with the opportunity for calls in-between - for you to use as you wish. You might like to start weekly and then spread out the sessions for longer-term accountability. We will work out what’s right for you during our discovery call.

“I met Sarah through her dry January challenge as I was curious to see if I could stop drinking for a while. I found the resources Sarah provided extremely helpful and I decided to continue with sobriety after the challenge.
