Mike Collins
Michael Collins is a former sugar addict and takes this addiction very seriously. For the past 30 years, he has not consumed sugar in any form – at least not intentionally.
His interest in sugar addiction began in the early days of his recovery from substance use disorder. As he weaned himself off other substances, he noticed that his relationship to and his consumption of sugar was beginning to resemble his other addictions.
Curious and concerned, he started to talk about this with his recovery buddies. This led him to decide to quit sugar with the help of some amazing mentors. This was over three decades ago.
After many years of successfully starting and scaling online businesses, Michael decided that what really made him happy was helping people break their addiction and come out the other side happier and healthier.
He has written a book on sugar addiction and developed a super successful 30-Day Challenge. A firm believer in community support, he started a private recovery forum too.
Amy Rush
Amy Rush is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator working solely with people living with type 1 diabetes. Amy’s passion to help improve the lives of people with type 1 is inspired by her brother, who was diagnosed at a young age.
Amy practices privately as both a diabetes educator and dietitian at the Telethon Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre in Perth, where she also develops and manages the group diabetes education programs. Amy is passionate about the role of nutrition in managing type 1 diabetes.
Amy is a self-confessed ‘tech nerd’ and loves interpreting CGM and flash monitor graphs or constructing profiles from pump and meter readings. In clinic she is known as the ‘Diabetes Detective’ for her knack at deciphering food and insulin interactions and using these to a patient’s advantage.

Stephanie is an AFPA certified Holistic Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach who specialises in digestive health and detoxification.

Tracey McBeath
Tracey is a health and healing coach Tracey has always been into health and fitness, but by the time she hit 40, it was clear what she had been doing up to that point wasn’t really working for her now.
She was also getting close to becoming pre-diabetic and had fatty liver. She was tired all the time, and at night, she couldn’t stop eating. Now at 49, she is the leanest, healthiest, and happiest she has ever been.
Tracey has studied nutrition through the Real Meal Revolution as well as the Nutrition Network (of which she is a proud Ambassador and also a lecturer). Tracey recently co-created and mentored within their very first Coaching Certification Program, and was a lecturer in their Sports Nutrition Program.
