“This challenge has been truly life-changing for me. I went alcohol-free last July, and quite honestly, it did not have as much impact as I was hoping for—I still wasn't feeling that great; I hadn't dropped any weight. I blamed it all on perimenopause and had been fairly discouraged. This past month, by cutting out most sugar and processed foods, I have started losing weight and seeing so many mental and physical changes. I can't even explain the difference in my life—I have been able to start dreaming about all the things I can still accomplish and taking action. This has been such an unexpected benefit and blessing—thank you for this program and all of the excellent content, and also thanks to all the lovelies who have posted and kept me encouraged, sending you all my very best!"

- Heather, Sydney, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“This challenge has completely exceeded my expectations! What I have learnt has absolutely blown my mind and will stay with me forever. I've completely changed my whole mindset around food for the better. I had been struggling for months now to try and shift belly fat and can now say my stomach is the flattest it's been in years! I would 100 percent recommend this challenge to anyone wanting to learn about nutrition and improve their health. The information you get is absolutely amazing. Thank you Sarah”

- Angela, Perth, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“I learnt so much during this nutrition month and I lost a total of 5kg!! This time I'm keeping it off as I know HOW to eat and still maintain my energy and feel full. Game changer!”

- Petra, NSW, Sugar Free Challenge Participant

“I have learnt so much from this challenge and I love the foods I'm now eating. With just a few simple changes I have lost at least 2kgs and lost my belly fat. I can now fit into clothes I hadn't been able to get into for years! The best part is I've seen my boys start to eat the foods I'm eating on their own accord! The fact they are mimicking my healthy choices is so rewarding. Thank you Sarah!”

- Emma, QLD, Sugar Free Challenge Participant
