Health and Wellbeing Coach: Sydney, Australia

Fleur Barczak

I’m Fleur, an accredited Health and Wellbeing Coach, co-coaching alongside Sarah in The Hub (the members’ community group), the Alcohol Free Challenges, and Thrive After 40.

With four years of coaching experience, I support women in transforming their lives –from weight loss and career changes to alcohol free living and marathon running. Theirdreams become my dreams, too.

My own alcohol free journey began in 2019, and it completely changed how I live, move, and show up in the world. Now in my 50s, I’m thriving as an ultramarathon runner, passionate about health, longevity, and creating a vibrant, joy-filled life without alcohol.

My lived experiences shape how I coach – with deep empathy, practical wisdom, and a strong belief in possibility. I’m here to help women break through barriers – mental, emotional, and physical – and discover just how good life can feel.

Whether I’m coaching or out on a mountain trail, I believe in the magic of small steps, bold dreams, and choosing joy – every single day.

Alcohol Free Coach: Melbourne, Australia

Caitlin Behrens

Hello, I’m Caitlin, a five-times certified coach specialising in alcohol free transformation. My qualifications include Mindset Coach, Alcohol Free Life Coach, Success Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Hypnosis Practitioner.

My mission is simple: to empower women to live their fullest, most authentic lives by removing alcohol – and everything else that no longer serves them. Living alcohol free isn’t about restriction – it’s about expansion: more energy, more confidence, and more clarity.

After years of feeling stuck in the drinking cycle, I reached a point where moderation was no longer enough. Letting go of alcohol opened the door to real connection, deeper self-worth, and a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in years. Now, I help other women experience the same freedom.

As a co-coach in Sarah’s programs, I support women at every stage of their alcohol free journey – bringing calm, encouragement, and accountability to challenges and check-ins. Having experienced the impact of Sarah’s programs myself, I’m deeply passionate about the transformation they create.

Once upon a time, I played US college basketball. These days, a cup of tea, honest chats, and hanging out with my twin daughters keep me on my toes – far more than any basketball coach ever did!

Alcohol Free Coach: Dunedin, New Zealand

Alex Dodd

I’m Alex, a Certified Life Coach with a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science. I’m also a Registered Comprehensive Nurse with over 30 years’ experience across primary and tertiary care. Most recently, I’ve loved teaching nursing students the art and science of being a nurse.

A lifelong learner, I’m passionate about growth – both personal and professional. My postgraduate studies include Professional Supervision, Health Assessment, and Scope of Nursing Practice, alongside advanced training in Understanding Trauma for Safer Spaces, Motivational Interviewing, and Breakthrough and Abundance Coaching.

My coaching approach is deeply client-centered, built on strengths-based frameworks, and underpinned by empathy and genuine care. At the heart of my work is the quality of the therapeutic relationship – when someone feels safe, seen, and trusts your knowledge, real transformation can begin.

I bring this philosophy to my coaching work with Sarah in The Hub (the members’ community group), and my private clients – helping women feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.

Outside coaching, I love walking, yin yoga, meditation, cold water plunging, opportunity (charity) shopping, and house styling for fun. I’ve been lucky enough to attend retreats both in New Zealand and overseas. I highly recommend them – they’re the perfect holiday escape for busy women!

Coaching and cheerleading others have always been part of who I am. First as a St John Cadet teaching first aid and home nursing, then as a rowing coxswain guiding teams to victory. I know how to help you have fun, learn, grow and push yourself hard, all at the same time!

Alcohol Free Performance Coach and Life and Transformation Coach: Edinburgh, UK

Gilly Baker

Hi, I’m Gilly, and I bring deep expertise in coaching, personal growth, and transformation. I hold a Diploma in Coaching and Positive Psychology and am a certified Alcohol Free Performance Coach. As a Member of the Association for Coaching, I uphold best practices and ethical standards in coaching.

I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in work, life, and perfectionism. For 30 years, I thrived as a senior leader in financial services, dedicated to success – but at the cost of my health, happiness, and wellbeing. As the stress increased, so did my reliance on wine – white, pink, red, and fizzy.

Burnout forced me to pause – and I made a choice that changed everything: I refused to settle for feeling miserable. I sought support, reclaimed my health, transformed my relationship with alcohol, and rediscovered who I truly was.

Now, working with Sarah and her team or with one-to-one clients, I help women do the same. I empower women to break free from stress, overwhelm, and unhealthy habits. Many believe alcohol helps them unwind, but removing it unlocks elite performance, clarity, and lasting energy.

Through mindset shifts, holistic strategies, and compassionate coaching, I help women redefine their relationship with alcohol, take back control, and step into a life that feels free, empowered, and energised. A life you love waking up to – each and every day.

I love line dancing, lifting weights, meditation, and Disney (yes, I have six Disney characters tattooed on my arm!). My favourite food is Thai, my favourite colour is pink, and I own more than 50 pairs of sparkly shoes.
