Feel the Difference After Just 30 Days!

Sarah says she's not the one who changes your life but you are! But if it wasn't for Sarah's down to earth, real personality and education I wouldn't have been able to change my life.

I started the challenge thinking I'd learn to moderate but quickly realised it's not possible for me. Sarah has provided real life experience and stories which are so relatable and made me feel like I'm not alone. I never thought I'd make 30 days AF but now I'm thinking long term.

I've never felt so amazing and strong. Sleeping so much better, my skin and eyes are glowing and after a recent drs appointment my kidney and liver levels are nearly back to normal! I now have so much more energy to spend more quality time with my daughter and making memories instead of being dismissive towards her so I could have a drink. I can't thank Sarah enough and the amazing sober sisterhood for all the ongoing support.

- Fiona, Sydney, April 2023 Challenge Participant

Why Join The AF Challenge?

“The challenge was the best thing I ever did for myself; it gave me the ability to fully commit to a month off booze in a secure private group full of honest conversations and heartfelt support. I learned so much from Sarah, from guest speakers, and from myself. I loved having no hangovers or crap in my head and gained better sleep, clarity, focus, new energy, and happiness. Do the course, invest in yourself, and find a new you away from booze, as booze is not your friend; it’s evil and sticks the life out of you. You deserve more; you are worth it. Xx “

- Janeen, Australia, July 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah’s course is a must-do for anyone looking to reduce alcohol consumption. She explores the depths of this, explains her own journey to sobriety, and provides speakers and research to match. This is my second time taking a break with Sarah, and I learned so much more than the first time. I cannot recommend Sarah enough and wish to thank you for all the support you have given me. To quote you... You cannot unlearn what you have learned. This is very true.”

- Karen, New Zealand, July 2023 Challenge Participant

“I loved everything about Sarah’s challenge. Her enthusiasm and passion on this subject were infectious, and her own personal experience was an inspiration. The speakers were all absolutely top-notch, knowledgeable, and inspiring in their chosen fields. I would highly recommend Sarah’s course to anyone wanting to quit alcohol or even those who are just sober and curious. You’ll be surprised at the outcome!”

- Alison, France, July 2023 Challenge Participant

This challenge was more than just a challenge. It was educational, empowering, and emotional. I am looking forward to doing the next one. The guest speakers are amazing, and the support network is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!”

- Katie, Australia, July 2023 Challenge Participant

“Committing to Dry July 2023 with Sarah was a life-changing event for me. From the first week, I honestly started to delve into who I actually am, where I want to be (even in one year's time), and the reasons why I've been using alcohol for so many years. I feel awake, alive, and free. Thank you, Sarah; you are inspirational!”

- Linda, Australia, July 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah's inspiration & support has been like a Mum putting her arms around me after winning at something. I've cried (mostly happy tears) due to her encouragement to ditch the wine and feel the feelings and to find what lights me up! I've a way to go yet, but the tools Sarah has provided are changing my life!! Im learning to validate myself and believe that I AM enough!”

- Lynda, Northern Ireland, April 2023 Challenge Participant

“If you're thinking shall I, shan't I... can I even manage this... do I even want to; do yourself a huge favour and just do it. Sarah makes it all so OK and so normal and so within your reach and she's like one of your friends if you fall - she, and the group, pick you up. Honestly, life is too short not to give yourself what you deserve. Do it, girl... go on!.”

- Tracey, United Kingdom, April 2023 Challenge Participant

“My family and friends have been concerned for my health and well being with how alcohol gripped my life and stole ME, the true essence of who I am. 30 days later I am genuinely happy! More relaxed and can negotiate the highs and lows from a centered sense of rationality. I love not panicking about running out of wine, how I'm going to get home from a night out, and waking up minus all the anxiety, guilt, shame, and physical effects of booze. Thank you Sarah for holding this safe space to learn, heal and grow. I'm looking forward to starting Rediscovering Me.”

- Simone, Australia, April 2023 Challenge Participant

This Challenge is for you if…

✔️ You're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and would like to give yourself a break from alcohol.

✔️ You want to change your MINDSET and HABITS around alcohol so you aren't relying on it as such a crutch in your everyday life.

✔️ You're concerned that your drinking habits have been creeping up. While you don't consider yourself an 'alcoholic' you do feel uncomfortable about the role alcohol plays in your life.

✔️ Previous attempts to take a break from alcohol have been hard due to peer pressure, not having the accountability or not having the connection with others on the same path (because I know how lonely it is when it feels like everyone around you is still drinking).

✔️ You want support to help build a toolkit of some other coping mechanisms (outside of the nightly wine) to help when you feel stressed, tired or need to just 'take the edge off'.

✔️ You've tried to take a break in the past but all good intentions slip aside when 5pm hits and the wine witch comes calling. Or you successfully take a month off but then head straight back into the same drinking patterns as if it never happened.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, this 30-day challenge is perfect for you.

Whether you plan to take a month off (or longer), doing it with the help and support of a trained and Accredited Grey Area Drinking Coach will provide you with all the resources, support and connection you need for success. And the best part? You do it all in the company of an intimate and supportive group of individuals on the same path.

The Challenge begins on the 23rd of October!

“For me, this AF Challenge was a game changer. I had tried on my own all the different ways to stop drinking. Nothing stuck. This challenge did. Sarah is incredibly effective at communicating lots of critical information in a very supportive way. The group was essential to success. So many individuals from all over the world with one goal in mind - to stop drinking for 30 days. So many of us now have completely changed our relationship with alcohol and are committed to leaving it behind. We have the tools now to do just that. Hallelujah!”

- Cassandra, Victoria, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“The 30 Days spent on Sarah’s Alcohol Free Challenge were the most life changing thing I’ve ever experienced - no exaggeration. Gaining sobriety is the best gift I can ever give myself and Sarah’s expert guidance and coaching has given me a solid foundation to build on. Anyone sober curious should take this Challenge. Thank you Sarah.”

- Gail, Adelaide, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah has brought to life an incredible experience that I believe most challengers wouldn't have been expecting. There is so much information in the challenge that I have changed other areas of my life too. As a health professional I have learnt so much and can't help passing it on to others too. Sarah's passion is infectious and I can't recommend her highly enough. Eternally grateful.”

- Stephanie, NSW, January 2023 Challenge Participant

“Sarah's Alcohol Free Challenge went far beyond what I expected. I've tried sobriety before. I've read the books, I've gone to AA. But Sarah's approach was different. She provides scientific information based on how alcohol specifically affects women, paired with love and kindness, and adds in a group of other ladies to share the journey with. Instead of feeling like I was losing something by quitting alcohol, Sarah helped me realize that I would gain so much. Health, self-esteem, joy, sleep...the list goes on. I feel like my life is beginning again. Thank you Sarah!!!”

- Sarah, Texas, USA, January 2023 Challenge Participant

Watch Sarah’s latest interview with Channel 10!

“If you’re beginning to think about your drinking habits being problematic - even in the slightest, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you’re beginning to think that the drink/moderate/not drinking/drinking again/trying to moderate cycle is absolutely not serving you, you NEED to do this challenge.

If those wine bottles seem to add up rather quickly as you pop your bins out to be collected each week, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you seem to make ‘reasons’ or ‘excuses’ as to why you’re at the pub again, ordering your 4th glass of wine without realising, you NEED to do this challenge.

If you’re like me - a high functioning, career-driven, family orientated mum who needs to create a whole lot more clarity in their lives, you NEED to do this challenge.

I’m absolutely the best evidence of someone who came across Sarah’s website without even looking - and as fate would have it, it’s exactly what I needed to do.

I didn’t think that my drinking was what it had become - I was stressed, feeling defeated and knew there was a much better life out there for me.

Sarah is without doubt, the best person who offers this form of coaching. I have woken up each day excited about what I was about to learn from her and the guidance she has provided is truly life changing. The podcasts, interviews and live chats are so well presented and I can guarantee that they will connect with everyone’s story and life contexts - no matter your situation.

If you have just the slightest ‘inkling’ that your beliefs and behaviours around alcohol may need some challenging, and possibly changing, the AF challenge is what you need.

Thank you SO much Sarah. I’m definitely joining up again for the next AF challenge. I can’t wait!”

- Ellie, NSW

“I joined Sarah's October AF Challenge desperate for help to stop drinking, which I could not control despite the fact that it was slowly destroying my health and happiness. I was welcomed into the most amazing group of individuals who understood my fears and challenges, and who stood with me while I got sober and stayed sober for the entire 30 days. The support of the group, along with Sarah's inspirational daily talks, regular guest speakers and zoom meetings, and her book, meditation and podcast recommendations, helped me step out of the soul-destroying cycle of drinking/trying to give up/failing/then drinking even more to drown my increasing shame and despair. I have now joined Sarah's 8 Week Rediscovering Me Program and I'm ready to embrace the next challenge of forging ahead with my new alcohol-free life. My heartfelt thanks to Sarah and everyone on the October challenge.”

“Sarah has changed my life. Whilst I wouldn’t consider myself an alcoholic by any means I know that my drinking was affecting my life negatively and I had to do something about it. I never realised the impact she would have on my mindset, drive and future. Sarah has opened my eyes to realise that alcohol stunts the potential of us all. The sky really is the limit when you are armed with the knowledge that she provides from her experience, research (never known anyone who can quote passages and authors like she can!) and expert talks. If you ever think that your drinking is suddenly not playing a positive role in your life I highly recommend you sign up for one of her challenges and be inspired!
