Join us for our signature "Coming Home to Your Authentic Self” Retreat this October!
This incredible 3 night retreat in the beautiful Margaret River region of WA has been described as ‘life-changing‘ and ‘transformational‘ by past participants, and we are so excited to host it again this October. This retreat is for you if you are ready to relax, unwind, reset your nervous system and connect on a deeper level to your beautiful, authentic self.
Nourish your mind and body with daily yoga, somatic practices, coaching , guided meditation as well as delicious meals prepared by our chef designed to nurture your body from the inside, learn to let go of old beliefs and discover your true, authentic self with our workshops and nervous system regulation work.
You will emerge from this retreat feeling calm, confident and connected to your true, authentic self.

Meet Your Hosts
Sarah Rusbatch
Sarah is a certified Grey Area Drinking Coach. Her infamous Alcohol Free Challenge, 30-Day Alcohol Free Program and siganature programs have helped thousands of women worldwide take a break from alcohol and live a better, happier, more fulfilling life.
Liz McComish
Liz is a highly experienced Yoga Teacher, Integrated Trauma Healing Practitioner and Somatic Therapist. She helps her clients achieve deep healing from old wounds and traumas and develop powerful regulation in their nervous system and embrace their life.
What You’ll Experience
Retreat into Nature
Immerse yourself in nature and begin your healing journey in the idyllic forest at the Premalaya Chalets in Yallingup, away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life.
Premalaya is the aboriginal name for 'A Place of Love'. Fall asleep to the sound of frogs & crickets and wake to the sound of native Western Australian birds before you open your windows and doors to the cleansing Indian Ocean breeze. The chalets have been designed with peace and relaxation in mind.
Most importantly, Premalaya gives you the opportunity and the chance to just BE.
What to Expect
Coaching and Somatic Practices
Designed to help you reconnect with your true self and unlock your full potential. This combined approach helps clear mental blocks, manage emotions, and boost self-compassion, ultimately unlocking your full potential and revealing your authentic self.
Daily Yoga & Meditation
Find inner peace and cultivate mindfulness through gentle yoga practices and guided meditations. (No previous yoga experience required)
Nourishing and Delicious Food
Nourish your body with clean, nourishing meals cooked by our chef on-site during the entire retreat, designed to nurture your body from the inside.
Daily Workshops
Workshops on various topics will be held each day to help you heal and connect.
