Nourish your mind and body with daily yoga, somatic practices, coaching , guided meditation as well as delicious meals prepared by our chef designed to nurture your body from the inside, learn to let go of old beliefs and discover your true, authentic self with our workshops and nervous system regulation work.

Sarah Rusbatch
Sarah is a certified Grey Area Drinking Coach. Her infamous Alcohol Free Challenge, 30-Day Alcohol Free Program and siganature programs have helped thousands of women worldwide take a break from alcohol and live a better, happier, more fulfilling life.
Liz McComish
Liz is a highly experienced Yoga Teacher, Integrated Trauma Healing Practitioner and Somatic Therapist. She helps her clients achieve deep healing from old wounds and traumas and develop powerful regulation in their nervous system and embrace their life.
