Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using any AI-assisted features within the Reset App or Sarah Rusbatch services.

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

SLR Associates Pty Ltd (ACN 628 140 241) trading as Sarah Rusbatch (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within our app and digital services to enhance your experience. This disclaimer explains how AI is used and its limitations.

2. What AI Features We Use

• Our app and services may use AI-powered features including, but not limited to:

• Personalised content recommendations based on your usage patterns and goals;

• Automated responses or chat-based support features;

• Progress tracking insights and motivational prompts generated by AI;

• Content curation tailored to your alcohol reduction journey; and

• Analytics and pattern recognition to support your progress.

AI Provider: The AI features within the Reset App are powered by Base44's integrated AI services. Base44 may utilise AI models from providers such as OpenAI and Google depending on the task being performed. Please note that the AI provider processes the inputs you submit to AI features in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Limitations of AI

3.1 AI is Not a Human

AI-generated content, recommendations, and responses are produced by automated systems, not by qualified healthcare professionals, counsellors, therapists, or coaches. Any AI-generated output should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.

3.2 AI Can Make Errors

AI systems are not perfect. They may produce responses or recommendations that are inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or not suited to your individual circumstances. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

3.3 AI Does Not Know You

AI-generated responses are based on patterns in data and the information you provide. The AI does not have a full understanding of your personal history, health status, mental health background, or individual needs. Always apply your own judgement when reviewing AIgenerated suggestions.

3.4 No Medical or Therapeutic Use

AI features within our app are not designed, validated, or approved for use as a medical device, clinical tool, or therapeutic intervention. They must not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.5 AI System Transparency

In accordance with applicable AI transparency obligations (including under the EU AI Act where applicable), we confirm that:

• AI-generated content within the App is produced by an automated system and is not independently verified by a human professional before delivery to you;

• The AI system used is a general-purpose large language model and has not been specifically trained or validated for clinical health or addiction treatment purposes; and

• You are interacting with an AI-generated response and not with a human when using AI chat or recommendation features.

4. Your Responsibility

By using any AI-assisted features within our app or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will use AI-generated content as a general guide only and not as professional advice;

• You will seek qualified professional advice for any health, medical, or mental health concerns;

• You will not rely solely on AI-generated content to make decisions about your health, wellbeing, or alcohol consumption; and

• You understand that AI features are provided to support, not replace, human judgement and professional care.

5. Data and AI

Information you provide within the app may be used to personalise AI-generated content and responses. Our use of your personal information in connection with AI features is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use your information to train generalpurpose AI models without your explicit consent.

Where AI features involve the transmission of your data to a third-party AI provider, that provider processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of service. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our AI provider processes your data securely and only for the purposes we specify, and that appropriate contractual protections are in place (including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK data transfers where required).

6. EU AI Act Compliance

Where the Reset App is used by persons in the European Union, we confirm the following for the purposes of EU AI Act compliance:

• The AI system used in the App is classified as a general-purpose AI system. It is not classified as a high-risk AI system under Annex III of the EU AI Act.

• Users are informed when they are interacting with AI-generated content.

• We do not use AI for prohibited purposes under Article 5 of the EU AI Act, including real-time remote biometric identification, social scoring, or subliminal manipulation.

• We maintain documentation about the AI systems we use and will update this disclaimer as our use of AI evolves or as regulatory requirements change.

7. Feedback and Concerns

If you encounter an AI-generated response that you believe is inaccurate, harmful, or inappropriate, please contact us immediately at app@sarahrusbatch.com. We take all feedback seriously and will review and address concerns promptly.

8. Changes to AI Features

We may update, modify, or remove AI features at any time. This disclaimer will be updated to reflect any material changes to how we use AI in our services.
