When I first took a break from alcohol, I did it to 'reset' and to lose a bit of weight, to reduce my anxiety and improve my energy. I was feeling sluggish, demotivated, run down, and had a constant feeling of “Is this it?" I was hoping to have more energy, mental clarity, improved sleep, radiant skin, a more positive attitude and a happier outlook on my life. Did it deliver? Did it ever!!!! And more!
